Plan a week in minutes
A calendar for each batch. Drag sessions between days, copy last week, start from a template, then publish — every athlete in the batch gets it at once. Cancel or move a single session when it rains.

The Sunday WhatsApp forward
The week's plan typed into a group, then scrolled past by Wednesday.
Instead of

Instead of
A notebook of who showed up
Thirty athletes across six batches, held in one head and one spreadsheet.
What it does
Athelista is deliberately narrow. You plan the training, your athletes do it, and you can see that they did. That's the job.
A calendar for each batch. Drag sessions between days, copy last week, start from a template, then publish — every athlete in the batch gets it at once. Cancel or move a single session when it rains.
Warm-up, intervals, recoveries, repeats inside repeats, cool-down — each step ending on time, distance or lap button, with pace or heart-rate targets. The same workout model your athletes' Garmin watches use.
Blocks, supersets and circuits; sets and reps with load as kilos, % of 1RM, RPE or bodyweight. Pick from the exercise library or add your own.
Garmin activities sync on their own and match to the day's planned workout. No Garmin? Athletes upload a FIT, GPX or TCX file, or tap "Mark done" and say how hard it felt.
Today's sessions, batch by batch, with done counts. See who hasn't trained and nudge them in one tap. Open any athlete to see planned against actual, week by week.
Share a join link or QR code for a batch. Athletes fill in your enrollment form — with a standard health check — and you approve them. No paper forms, no chasing.
Getting started
There is no implementation project. You set up your batches, you publish next week, and by Monday morning you can see who's training.
Add your locations and batches with their days and times, then share each batch's join link. Athletes sign in with their email — no passwords.
Build the sessions or start from a template, then publish. Athletes see today's workout in kilometres or miles, in their own time zone.
Open Today: who trained, who didn't, and how it went. Nudge the ones who haven't, and adjust next week from what actually happened.
Who it's for
Several batches across a few parks, each on its own plan. Write the intervals once, publish, and see who ran them — paces included — before the next session.
Programmes with real structure — supersets, circuits, % of 1RM — that your clients can follow on their phone on the gym floor, and mark done when they finish.
No coach yet? Pick a starter plan, connect Garmin and track your own weeks — free. When you find a coach, join their batch with one link.
Straight answers
Training data is personal, and some of what an enrollment form asks is medical. So the rules are simple, and the athlete holds the switches.
Full detail lives in our privacy policy — including how we handle Garmin data — and our terms of service.
Activity details and done/missed status are shared separately, and either can be switched off at any time. Only the athlete's own coach sees anything at all.
Answers to the health check are visible to the coach only, and every view is logged. If an athlete leaves, those answers are hidden from the coach.
From Garmin we take workouts — not sleep, stress or other health data. Nothing is sold or used for advertising, and everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.
During the beta, athletes must be 18 or over. Junior athletes, with a parent's or guardian's consent, come in a later release.
